Plenty of venues — and plenty of guests — still prefer cash. Cash-on-delivery orders skip the checkout step entirely and go straight to the kitchen as “received,” with payment collected in person exactly like a traditional order.

A running tab, settled once

For venues where guests stay for hours — a sunbed for the day, a table across a long lunch — forcing a card payment on every single order is friction nobody wants. A running tab lets a guest keep ordering against the same seat, with everything settled once at the end, either by staff from the Kitchen Display System (when tab settlement is enabled) or from the admin’s own Seats & QR Codes tools.

You choose which methods are on

None of this is all-or-nothing. Each payment method is a toggle a venue turns on or off to match how they actually run — a beach club might want all three, a quick-service counter might only want card and cash.
